        I like that they have a lot of things to and it's clean and welcoming

        It states on the internet that the opening times are 7am - 11pm. I have arrived at the pharmacy at 7:10am it was not open. I then proceed to go to school run and come back it is now 7:56 and it is still not open. This is not very good for us who need their medication.

        Pharmacy was closed early, which seems pretty irresponsible for a place people rely on for medicines. As a response, it closed at 1045pm, the staff were walking out as I arrived and did not want to keep it open for a few minutes longer so I could get eye drops for an infection. All other local pharmacies also close at 11 so I missed them too.

        Refused to provide 111 urgent supply service as the "system was down", asked me to go to their neighbouring branch who "don't have it in stock". Very disappointed in the clear breach of NHS contracted services and unwillingness to help. Leaving me without medication for the weekend. As a fellow pharmacy professional I'm aware it's my own error that left me short of medication, however I'm disgusted at the lack of willingness to help and utter disregard for patient welfare.
