5hit experience with the reception staff, Sam is utterly rude! Perhaps some customer service training. This practice also needs to be reminded of the disability discrimination rights. Drs are fairly decent once you get past some of the reception jokers

My husband and I feel taken care of at The Minet Green Health Practice and listened to by all. The staff at reception are helpful and informative and the doctors excellent and approachable.

Recently chaperone a family member at this medical health practice and it was a disgrace to hear the practice manager state that doctors have a time limit and not enough money for patients to receive patient care and support if the appointment goes over ten minutes. This is very disturbing and concerning if a patient cannot seek medical treatment from the General Practitioner within their appointments.

Ive been with Minet Green for two years now and have consistently received brilliant care. The staff have always been kind and good at their jobs, sorting out issues quickly, referring to specialists and helping rectify errors made by my previous GPs. You can definitely see the pressure they are under, but Im so grateful for the service theyve been able to maintain thanks to their brilliant staff.
