        Excellent produce, value for money and service - thank you. Received my December 2022 order on time and, as usual, very well packaged with clear storage instructions. Great products at sensible prices, for the quality, which is first class.

        Excellent service again. Someone contacted me by phone to apologise and let me know that there was problem re availability of one of the products I ordered and to offer me an alternative. She was very pleasant, professional. I really appreciated that and got the items as promised this morning, with an extra item as a show of goodwill. Very nice thank you again to Urban Merchants. Great, delicious and genuine products at a reasonable price.
