I ordered a jute herringbone carpet and stair runner with rods. All measured, supplied and fitted by BP. They accommodated all my bespoke requests. All the guys that came to the house were really nice and efficient. Would recommend.

BP have just fitted a cork floor for us, sensible price, first-class service and everything done on schedule. We'd certainly work with them again. Naroutam was highly efficient, great to deal with.

We used bp carpets for cork flooring and carpets fitted throughout our home, and are pleased with the results. Naroutam and his team were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process, and allowed us to spend plenty of time in the shop looking at different materials, and gave us lots of help and advice. Muma and other fitters worked very hard to fit the floor and carpet extremely quickly. The cork floor looks lovely and is a great environmentally friendly flooring option. One negative is that the cork flooring is not fully level: our original floors were uneven and bp carpets recommended laying plywood first , but only after the fitting was complete they mentioned that self levelling might have achieved a better result if more expensive, so this is something to ask about if your original floor is uneven. We were very pleased that we went with bp carpets.

I visited the shop in person and really enjoyed working with Naroutam to find the right carpet for our needs and at the right price. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly keen to help me find a good deal within my budget. The installation was then booked and I was even able to move the booking to an earlier date when the room became ready sooner than expected. The fitting was amazingly quick, professional, and with a very friendly fitter. I'll be back again soon when the rest of our house is ready for new carpet!
