Nice building. Hugely disappointed by the management which let's it down. We requested to book our wedding reception here and were told by Eliza that it was free on our date. When we tried to pay the deposit we were told to wait till the next day for some reason. Then after numerous emails and in person visits we were told that the space had been given to someone else!! This was the day that we were told to pay the deposit. All correspondence stopped abruptly and we haven't heard anything since. Now we are left with only a few months to find a reception venue! The place is run by volunteers so you'll be lucky to speak to management. Also they have an incredibly bad telephone line so you can't speak to anybody. Such a shame as it has huge potential. Anna is the only saving grace of the establishment.

It's wonderful. Mind you it's sad that the lady who has been in charge of the place, Catherine, has now left. So I hope it doesn't change! I'm sure it will, but for around 6 years, I have done ballet, yoga, Latin American Dancing & Singing in the choir, Longfield voices regularly Boxing, Knitting & truly great Drama workshops, every now & then. Plus they have cabaret nights!
