        I found a hair in my drink and when I complained, management were very rude. They didnt want to give me a new drink, the original one was 30. AVOID THIS VENUE. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

        Security is a bit much, this isn't the mi5 building... It's pretty grubby inside and the music is so loud you cant hear yourself think. The staff treat you like an inconvenience and things seem to be run by teenagers by the way its organised. (2 for a mandatory cloak room when I already paid entry is also a bit on the nose)

        Terrible, unprofessional staff who made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and ruined our night. We left the act we came to see early. I would very much not recommend.
