Three stars for the staff, pleasent tried to help me with what I was looking for. Disappointed as I thought this was a fully stocked shop floor type of shop. Even more so as I traveled from North to South and walked from the station Was looking for a outlay like the website. Definitely not that, was more a look in catalogue we can supply and deliver. Didn't have what I needed, so no purchase this time. Would say if you don't need a close up look at item, the website is well presented and easy to navigate.

I purchased from these people a few years ago and the service was good. But now they do not respond to emails, do not return calls, and hang up when they do bother to answer the phone. An absolute shambles. Avoid them. - June 2022..... UPDATE: The owner claims this was a fake review, it wasn't. However it spurred some action and a new mattress has now been delivered as requested in the first place. This could have been so much easier if the owner simply answered his phone or responded to numerous emails over the past four days.

Bad quality. I spent 200 in a mattress and less than a month the mattress went deep down in the centre. The attendant refused change the product.

Absolutely worst products and service bought a mattress and within 3 months its gone bad you would just sink into it it was double so I couldn't afford another one so I went to ask about the warranty and they agreed to replace after so long dreadful talks of adding more money or take another mattress to avoid charges so we order a single one with the replacement otherwise they made it difficult But here is the another dodgy thing I didn't told me mattress was coming from abroad which they didn't mention at all so we are still waiting for the delivery on the order its over 4 weeks I have tried to cancel but they wouldn't refund the deposit or replace any more. Very bad service and cheap products especially mattress half of the time they don't remember you when we ask what taking this long to deliver would make false promises.
