This place should be shut down. Some Of the staff are a joke. They are not serious about you getting a job and do nothing to help you find you work. Honestly a joke and should be shut down. I have now taken my claim to otherwise of London because I no longer wanna deal with these people. They should close this place and re-open the Brixton one.

For a place where people go to seek solace and help, this is a terrible place with people who clearly do not want to be there, some who won't even introduce themselves. That branch needs to close down or go over proper customer training. Just a horrible place. Maybe they actually do this on purpose to discourage people from getting help or coming back. No other explanation for the terrible service at that branch.

Understand that a member of the public entered this public building and recorded the publicly available information on the wall, however was threatened with violence, had his personal possessions touched and almost stolen by security staff and abused by security staff and manager Mark. Disgusting treatment of the public they are meant to serve, and which is funded by the public. All for exercising his legal right to film in a public place. Some of the staff need to read up on the law, instead of standing around abusing people who enter and forming a violent and intimidating gang of security surrounding potential claimants. Should be shut down.
