        I reported storm damage on 29 March, when heavy snow slid down the roof and broke the guttering. Now all water from guttering spills out from it rather than to the drain pipe. It is now 23 April and they haven't even been out to survey it yet. Who knows when we will get it repaired.

        The emergency call out service let me down at the time when you need it most, ie. the cold and snowy weather because of so many demands of the service and blamed their subcontractor for this service, although my contract is with Urban Jungle. We paid for a plumber to fix the boiler leak next days and repaired it quickly and easily when the call-out guy couldn't.
