I was going to apply for a position. So gave a call to ask about the various vacancies as there are some on here for mental health in different parts of london . So eager as I was to obtain the information I called , to my surprise I spoke to a member of your staff you immediately cut me off by saying need NHS experience. He never even gave me an opportunity to address my query just cut me off . Would also think for an agency they would hire people with a professional manner and English. I am a qualified carer with level 3 in health and social care. I specialize in dementia and other mental health. I was registered to hackney council working with children and adults with special needs. Organising careplans and working together with other carers to offer best care. Currently working in a nursery . But as I said I just wanted information before deciding whether to attempt to apply . I am quite disappointed at the lack of professionalism of employees I spoke to. If this is the kind of attitude needed for this role I am pleased to not have had an opportunity to apply . This is what I sent in . So rude . Agency with only one person picking up calls .
