How is it possible to be 1st in the telephone queue yet be on hold for twenty minutes. You could almost die of old age waiting to speak to a receptionist. SO NOT IMPRESSED

The girl at the reception is the third time i go for a consultation, and the attitude and behaviour is really dissatisfied, if im trying to ask for help in appointments im expecting someone with great attitude and up to help specially when the consult is empty and none is there, honestly it makes me feel awful and very uncomfortable every time im getting serve by that girl in the reception she a is a black girl i dont know her name unfortunately but there is also a old white madam in the morning with and awful attitude and the gp is always empty if you who read this are a manager or the one who choose the costumer service front desk, i will totally considerate to rehire someone more efficient and up to help to so many good people out there who deserves a good custumer service.

I have been with them for years and I finally decided to change GP after giving them several chances. Everyone you interact with will tell you something different (reception saying you have to wait 2 weeks for a doctor's phone call, then speaking to doctor he books you a nurse's visit after another week, then the nurse says that only the doctor can visit you as she's not trained. The doctor also mentions that the reception should have booked you with the nurse directly and interrupts me with a blunt NO when I tell him I asked reception for exactly that amd they refused.) In short, EVERYONE will interrupt you if you speak for longer than 3 seconds and THEN get annoyed if you didn't deliver all the possible info, the customer service is appalling and you are constantly made to feel as a burden and annoyance, it will take a month before being seen and even then honestly no-one will care about your wellbeing. They are there to fill in foms and do admin, the amount of times I had to suggest treatment was appalling. I gave this feedbacks verbally to all points of service (receptionists, nurse, doctor) and all I got back was pushbacks, gaslighting and discredit. Do yourself a favour and stay away from it.
