SERVICE DEPARTMENT ARE ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING - THAT IS WHEN YOU EVENTUALLY MANAGE TO SPEAK TO THEM! My DS7 was booked in for some warranty work at Chingford (which is my nearest branch for service) 1hr40 minute drive away. They really do need to work on the dealer support. The parts were unavailable and had to be ordered from France, I waited 8 weeks and then had a phone-call prior to Christmas to book the vehicle in, which I did for Mid January. I then called the day prior the ensure all was still okay and my hire car would be waiting in which they all confirmed - HAPPY. I then get a phone-call a mere few hours 30 minutes before closing time saying not to come in the morning as the parts hadn't arrived, even though they had just confirmed that morning all was okay - the communication between them and the call handling centre is shocking. I had already booked a day's annual leave due to the distance of the dealership in which I couldn't I couldn't cancel (complete waste of my time and annual leave) Elisavet the service manager then contacted me and worked with me to get the parts pushed through and that they would drop my vehicle back to me on completion (which they apparently wouldn't usually do as I live so far away) I was then contacted about 10 days later by Elisavet saying the parts were in and to book, I booked in for Monday February 13th and was told it would be ready that day and would be dropped off. I called around 3pm for an update, couldn't get through, promised a call back NOTHING. Tuesday from 8am-5pm I tried to get through to this service department for some clarity, was pushed from pillar to post, promised call backs NOTHING - more of my time WASTED trying to do your service departments job. I finally get a call back around 5pm saying my car was completed and I could collect. I said it was arranged via the service manager that it would be dropped off " he said no, nothing here saying that" at this point I am seething, he then called back 15 minutes later saying okay we can drop it WHY THANKS HOW THOUGHTFUL. We are now Wednesday 15th and the wrong DS7 in the wrong colour was just driven 1hr45 to my house, feel sorry for the poor customer who's car has just had mileage and wasted fuel. The delivery driver just grunted and said ill be back later. I have now been trying for 1 hour to get back through to the service department, I thought I would try the SALES line, and surprise I got straight through, I asked to be internally transferred to service which they did, I asked to be put through to Elisavet apparently not available, he was very dismissive and said he was with a customer and he would call me back (I know they wont) I demanded that it was rectified there and then but he refused to help. DO NOT USE THIS DEARLERSHIP FOR SERVICE REQUIREMENTS, THEY ARE USELESS.

As an existing client of Robins Day Chingford, I recently took receipt of my new vehicle (Citeron C5 Aircross C series), the process was extremely easy and straightforward. Jack from the sales team was very friendly and helpful answered all queries from start to finish, he kept me informed in regards to the tracking & delivery dates. The hand over was stress free, and done very professionally (shown the cars new functions etc). Elton the manager was very supportive and was also willing to assisted with updates, overall extremely helpful & friendly. I have had 2 vehicle from Robins & Day/ Stellantis and have received 5 star service from all staff members that I have dealt with. I highly recommend purchasing your new vehicle from the team. Thank you so much.
