        My dad has asked me to tell you how disappointed with the service he has received at the Chingford branch. His van came in in march for a diagnostic and was told a part would be ordered and was given 24th April. He has had no correspondence and has no phone calls back. Awful customer service!

        Worst service from Liz service manager just told me to take my van somewhere else because I ended wasting 3 hours on site for them to validate my maintenance plan I purchased with my van lease.
