Angle House Orthodontics (Chingford)

I travel from Sutton in Surrey to see Dr Paydar from her previous Orthodontic Surgery (where she treated my daughter) to Angle House in Chingford because she is a very good Orthodontist. All the staff are pleasant, efficient and reliable. That's why it has been worth the half day journey to get there and back.

My dentist referred my daughter rabia batool ahmad to them during covid time for braces and tooth removal. Very bad customer service, poor communication and understanding not willing to listen. Very unhelpful. Would not recommend them to anyone. Unreliable and rude staff with poor experience and unprofessional. Huge delay on waiting list for treatment. She is still waiting for her tooth removed and braces.

Please sort out your phone, Ive been calling nearly every day to cancel the appointment but never pick up. Just saying you are first in the queue but no ones answering.

Had a referral from my dentist to attend here for sedation for tooth extraction. On arrival was met with a rude unhelpful receptionist. Who went on ro say they don't do sedation and wasn't on my referral letter. Wouldn't check with dentist or listen to me. I contacted my dentist who confirmed they do do sedation and it was on my referral. Wont be returning here or recommending
