I had not seen an optician since we moved here 2 years ago. When I started experiencing blurred vision in one eye, E4 Eyes arranged an immediate appointment for examination and diagnosed a need for urgent treatment. The optometrist wrote a letter on the spot to Whipps Cross Hospital Urgent Eyecare Centre, which got me seen within a couple of hours. She made no charge for the appointment or letter, and was most patient and helpful in describing what she had found. It really felt 'above & beyond' any expectations of service I could have had. My wife and I will certainly be using E4 Eyes in the future. [After laser treatment my problem is now fully resolved, but not at Whipps who could not treat me until July! Thank heavens for private health care!]

Professional, clean and very friendly. Tested my eyes, and no pressure selling at all. Answered any questions that I may of had and would recommend E4 Eyes to anyone. So much better than your usual chain opticians.
