Absolute appalling service from start to finish

Took full payment for the hiring of a medium marquee and didn't turn up. I had to pay premium rate to get a marquee from another company immediately, as it was for a clients event. Till date they've refused to pick up calls, respond to emails or text to offer any explanation. I was totally shocked and disappointed at the same time, considering they had been very helpful in the past. If they were closing down or experiencing financial difficulties then they shouldn't have taken on further jobs. I would advice generally for people not to book marquee with any company if they don't accept card payments. It was a very horrible experience, but am happy I was able to redeem myself by finding an alternative for my client. NOTE: *They may be operating under another name NOW!

Absolutely wonderful. I completely disagree with the bad reviews. Two very pleasant young men came to set a marque. They came at 6am sharp to start working and finished very quickly. They were very polite to my guesst and I would definitely recommend. Very hard working people who worked in a terrible weather condition. 5 stars! Defiantly hiring them again soon

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Used this service over christmas and they have not collected the marquee and denied all calls, rude young unprofessional boys probably looking to offload stolen property.

Using this company was a mistake from start to finish. Thinking of taking them to court over extremely poor service; they never turned up when they said they would, the lighting did not work and no one contactable to rectify situation. The guy in charge rude and difficult to deal with, he was meant to remove the marquee the next day but four days later it is still there on a school playing field. The school have contacted him numerous times to remove the thing and still he's not turning up. Amazing way to run a business, not to mention the unhappiness he caused on the couples wedding day
