        Ive been having painful upper back/neck problems for years due to displaced disc in my neck. Very little had helped until I saw Adele from ASD. After a few sessions Ive had noticeable relief from pain, and have range of motion in my neck I havent had for years. Her exercise plan for me was also extremely helpful. Recommended very highly.
