        Today on the 18th of DECEMBER 2022 IC4 Male who was working on the till between 13:33-13:36 hours swore at me saying: Fuck off. When I have challenged the male he told me: You can report me and walked away. May I raise everybodys awareness that it appears that the customer service is poor and when the customer assistant gets challenged they become aggressive and rude.

        A good shop loaded with many items including kids books, cards, gas and electricity billings, soft drinks alcohol, cakes, wines, toilet items, kitchen items (not many), variety of newspapers and some magazines, variety of chocolate and cookies, vaps & normal cigarettes,mobile top-up, TFL top-up, stationary items (not having wide range collections). No wheel chair accessible doors.
