Richard and other staff is Very unprofessional people I send my business van for the restoration with the payment of 50% upfront and the rest on completion after six weeks ended on 20th March. until today the 27th April job has not been completed after savral phone calls and messages no reply they hang-up the phone. Leave me no choice but taking a legal action. I am out of business until my van is back. I won't recommend to any one to use this garage. Thanks New update :28/04/2023 After police action Richard contacted me and said he will return my van this Tuesday 02/05/2023 If I fund work is not up to the standard as discussed further action will be taken. This is the fifth week I am out of business every day i am looking mony. I will update the review after receiving the van Thanks New update 2/05/2023 Richard send me a text saying van is not ready he will deliver on Thursday this week. Richard repaired the damage to my rear bumper and it looks as new! Amazing job, very professional and very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again. Thanks for a great service.
