I don't recommend this company at all. Had a really bad experience with them. I've had three different carers from this company looking after my dad and all three have failed to show up at least twice. They don't let anyone know that the carer isn't coming so my dad is left struggling all alone. They should be shut down! It's unfair how they treat their customers.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care that my mother has received from Supreme care Services. Since December 2022, they have been providing care for my mother who lives in Surrey, while I reside in Southampton with my family. The difference in care has been truly remarkable. Prior to engaging Supreme care Services, my mother had experienced subpar care from her former caregivers. I was constantly driving back to Surrey every week to ensure she was receiving the attention and support she needed. However, since Supreme care Services took over, my mother's quality of life has significantly improved. The team at Supreme care Services has been exceptional in every aspect of their care. The caregivers are professional, compassionate, and genuinely care for my mother's well-being. They have gone above and beyond to meet her physical, emotional, and social needs. The level of attention and personalized care my mother has received has been outstanding. As a result of the exceptional care provided by Supreme care Services, my mother's health and happiness have greatly improved. She is now doing so well that she has requested I visit her only twice a month, which is a significant change from my previous weekly visits. This has allowed me to spend more quality time with my own family in Southampton, and I am deeply grateful for the peace of mind that Supreme care Services has brought to both my mother and me. I wholeheartedly recommend Supreme care Services to anyone in need of top-notch domiciliary care.
