        Purchased their KP1 cameras for our fleet of 260 Sprinters. Installation service is with a third party company and proved totally unreliable, SmartWitness invoices are incomprehensible. Office could not tell me which vehicles they had fitted during installation period. Aftersales service is non-existent. 4 months out of warranty and they say they can't replace as out of warranty case closed. And were not interested in selling a replacement.
