        Awful sales team at backworth park. Never reply to any messages and you cant get in touch with them. Have to actually go to the sales office and even then they arent helpful.

        Aftercare of this builder is shocking. 0 communication between the clients and contracters. Nearly 2 years into this house and STILL waiting for things to be done despite emails after emails after emails after emails. Doesn't help that the staff constantly leaves so we have to deal with someone else and start all over again. Fed. Up.
