We want to thank Shard for their fantastic customer care, with special thanks to Stephen for all his efforts when we had an issue with our kitchen step. We were very impressed that he went the extra mile for us - thanks again Stephen. We would have no hesitation in recommending this friendly, local company.

From survey to install Steven and Stuart are always professional and knowledgable about the products they install and always deliver on time and to a high standrad.
