        Today is our worst experience at Ilford sultan we are regular customer. Today, we went for dinner for our Anniversary we were waiting for the table for 20 mins then they serve main meal after 25 mins after we ate food however nobody turn up for bill / complimentry tea when I asked one of the girl for bill and tea. The supervisor came to take the money from us and then she said to her colleagues in her language inko baghao which means kick out. This is not the way she can point out to the costumers and say this when I called her to complain about what she saying she was not pleased or acknowledging her fault and started to argue with me she assumed we can finish our meal in 15mins which is not possible for a family very dissappointing.
