staff - good and hard working
service - very slow ; not staffs' fault if the owner does not employ staff for busier times like weekend dinner service staff working cannot be blamed.
food - starter ( aloo ticki ) was below average , heated in a microwave
lassi ( mango and sweet ) - were bad
for mains we ordered kulchas which were average ; acompainments with kulcha - choley were watery and below average . we did not have other north indian dishes so cannot comment
overall a below average experience ; don't waste your money
