Worst Service from this post office. I sent my BRP to the DVLA office and I don't know if there are special services. They should have suggested but they didn't. Now I lost my BRP card. And that post didn't reach the office. As a service provider at least suggest customers regarding the services that you provide. New people might not know about these. Please take responsibility for what you do.

Long queue; 30 minutes or more waiting time; shortage of staff; only one counter was opened. I just left the shop without posting anything as I could not wait any longer. My precious time and energy were wasted.

Why has this post office got such poor reviews? Well it's simple, they deserve them, they have earned them and people have been cheesed off with post offices for a long time. I went in on a Saturday and only two tills open and a massive queue, this seems to be their general approach to all their services. The staff are rude as pointed out by many, many other people reviewing and still they don't improve. Why? Because they just don't care and it's about making money and providing the minimal of service to the paying punter. This is why I use alternatives whenever I can as the Royal Mail is a tired, worn out and not fit for purpose operation.
