Really poor management! I bought some stuff from them, earlier this month and went to return some today. The staff at till told me "we can't do it". I was taken aback "what do you mean?" She explained, the manager is not present so she can't. Well, never heard such lame excuse! By now she called another lady, who asked the date of purchase, and asked if I am ok with exchange, to which I was ok. However she called the manager who explained any return or exchange is only allowed for 7 days! Really? And where was it written? Not on the purchase receipt, but on a small notice on the door, which nobody's going to notice! Luckily it was some low value items, so I am not financially upset. But what a ridiculous return policy. A note on the receipts would have saved me the round trip and fuel!

I was served cashier name NOREEN. Very bad customer service ( no Hello, no Thank you, no Bye). Lady Manager, please tell your staff about good customers service. That's why I dont want to give you any starts.

You can get most cheap things within one to 2 pounds. It's the best place of shopping for students.
