Supplementary Education Centre

I went in this tuition 2 years ago, the staff was quite rude, one of the teachers kept called me an animal name and my parents had to pay like 35 every time you go there and the old lady Ms Parkson was saying if I do a thing she'll charge me 40 and they care about spelling scores, one of the teachers called me a rude name and they even said I bet you have no friends, but there was 1 teacher that was kinda nice to me he was an old man but idk what was his name he was calm and nice to me, I already passed my 11+ exams thanks to this tuition.

This place should be closed down full stop. They have inadequate staff training and mentally abuse children which can seriously affect their mental well-being later on life- that is disgusting! Discrimination at its finest. These issues will be reported to safeguarding authorities.

I sent my daughter for 11+ coaching but after 2 months I have found they are not following the syllabus and she did not improve at all. 11+exam has a huge syllabus and need to cover in a short period of time. So I believe this centre is NOT capable/ready to handle this type of Exam.

Does not deserve even 1 star. Entirely unprofessional, rude and serious safeguarding issues. Racist behaviour, rude and insulting communication style. Do not use if you value your self respect and your children's future. This is the place where: Your child will get shouted at and abused. Your child will lose confidence and become scared and withdrawn, often crying before attending the centre due to the continual bullying. You will be lied to and will not have any concerns considered. You as an adult will be abused, insulted and shouted at the owners. Do not be fooled by the smooth words of John Parsons. His partner Lorraine Parsons is the most obnoxious, vile, evil, racist, rude individual I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. London borough of Redbridge is currently investigating this Tuition centre on safeguarding grounds. I have 3 children who went to this centre for a very short time before we withdrew them after being told they are not good enough for the 11+. The 10/ 11year olds were actually shouted at by Parsons as they left the centre, being told 'your not good enough, you will never amount to anything' (all ended up in the top 100 of their11+ year results) - they went on to strong Grammar schools, top Universities, and have strong careers in Dentistry, Economics and Architecture. (Yes my kids went there between 7 and 12 years ago) This shows that the awful, awful behaviour and bad manners, the insults and the racism, the TOTAL lack of humility, understanding or customer service to fee paying parents had been going for years and years. The centre should be shut down by the authorities, and the owners, Parsons, should be charged with safeguarding offences.
