Brilliant surgery with great Doctors especially Dr Mirza who helped me a lot and very good services by all the receptionists Excellent professional customer services by Shanti sharm. She is amazing every time I speak to her and always so helpful. And makes me feel at ease.she is one of the nicest receptionist, I have ever spoken to the York surgery. She is very pleasant, helpful and empathetic. Just the kind of voice you want to hear when you are unwell that is Compassionate.Sunita is also very helpful... Thank you york surgery.

Quik sevice. All doctors are very good. Staff are very friendly Especially Shanti sharma sharma very kind very helpful and friendly She booked my appointment quickly but also gave me a confirmation of the same. I really appreciate her caring attention and attitude. Im very happy overall service.

I came to York Road Surgery, and was greeted by Shanti Sharma, she is very friendly, caring and a welcoming receptionist . She helped me quickly get registered in to the policlinic. Shanti has the professional customer service skills.
