Absolutely wonderful staff! From day 1 of meeting graham at the property i was well informed and kept in the loop. Andreea and colin were fantastic aswell at answering all my enquiries very fast and getting our referencing done fast. The whole team was supportive and professional and made us feel welcomed. Highly recommend letting through these guys. Your well looked after and they are incredibly friendly!.

Worst property service ever in the UK. Service was quite poor and unprofessional. Total disappointment. Tom is the worst in both personality and profession. Tom is a highly unjust person who does not keep his commitments. Avoid them whenever possible. I wish could give them anything less one star.

Payne & Co and especially Andreea has helped us secure our 2 bedroom apartment in Ilford IG1. I could not recommend them more!! Andreea was easy to chat to, actioned everything very quickly and has been just a ray of sunshine to deal with. After previously dealing with an agency and landlord that clearly did not care a lot about us, meeting Andreea and Payne&Co was honestly like a breath of fresh air. In the first week whilst living in the new flat, we noticed that our wachine machine was not working properly. We called Andreea and within the space of 2 days it was fixed. She is truly amazing!!!!

Payne & Co took full ownership of the transaction. We were kept fully informed of the process of the sale. Inquiries were answered quickly and courteously. The valuation was reasonable and accurate and reflected the purchase price that was eventually achieved. Overall, we received an efficient, professional and courteous service.
