Estate Agents are like other professions, you get some bad apples and it gives the whole profession a bad name. We looked carefully for an estate agent when we came to sell our home knowing its an uncertain housing market at the moment. When we met the agent Jazz Rai we knew from the start we had made the right choice, we could tell straightaway she knew her trade, the level of expertise, experience and knowledge shone through. We had a list of the things we thought were good selling points which we saved to the end of her appraisal of our property to go through and she had already covered them by the time we finished. When it came to the marketing, the house was on the market with the description and photos in rapid time with an excellent presentation. By the following week we had umpteen viewings booked and thats when the fun started. Jazz just got on and sifted through offers, giving us a full appraisal of each and completed the negotiations on our behalf. We were more than satisfied we had achieved not only the best price but also the most appropriate buyer for our circumstances. I have just put my house on the market for selling. So far the service offered by Jazz has been excellent. She is always easy to reach and calls you back straight away, which is so reassuring considering the stressful nature of selling a house. She is very experienced and confident and after her free valuation said straight away that she can sell the property within a month. I had got valuations done by other estate agents also but it was only after speaking to her that I decided to go with haart. She goes out of her way to help you out and appreciates the stress and other worries a buyer/seller may be having. I am hoping all goes smoothly with the sale.
