        I just went there, wanted to buy 2 bags, no one on the till to pay, I was waiting there for some time, then I saw 2 staff members talking to each other at few steps, I just move to them to ask if someone can take payment. in the meanwhile a guy came on the till from behind so I turn back for the payment but he say you join the queue, I explan to him that was wanting here, but he was so stupid and rude keep insisting what he say. there was only one person behind me in the queue, even he says I was in the queue but he keep repeating , and insulting me, so I left the item there and return. zero manners of customer services. better to avoid them

        We asked them to exchange the shoes with number 5 size. They refused to give us refund and also they said we Dnt have number 5. If you Dnt have that size available then refund simple.
