Cunningtons were recommended to us by the estate agents for a flat purchase which we are glad for. There were a few issues with the lease that required resolution but Surinderpal and Shui was very quick to respond to all queries and navigate our way through the flat purchase. We received great service which made the whole process of buying a property much easier - would definitely recommend Cunningtons.

Couldn't recommend them enough! We have been working with Surinderpal on two occasions and she has been amazing. The second occasion was a sale of our property and it was made very difficult and stressful for many reasons. Surinderpal was always there to help, always with her finger on the pulse and quick to chase all other parties and update us on progress.
