        Worst customer service, and really bad and dirty rooms, my room wasnt even provided with a duvet, asked for a duvet and they declined also flies flying around in the room told them to get rid of it and they completely ignored and got rude for no reason they also ask you for a extra 100 cash as a deposit which they dont mention until you get to the hotel you rather book a travel lodge

        One the pathetic hotel I have ever seen in at Ilford.. even the staff is not good very rude dont know customer service skills .. I have booked that hotel online and it did not mention where I have to pay deposit extra 50 while booking .. when I asked the same to the staff to show it on the app which is not mention he started argument .. plus dont have car parking too worst hotel ever seen no ethics plus worst service will recommend other too not to visit ever
