I have been using this pharmacy for many years. The pharmacist have been very helpful. From filling prescriptions, assisting with questions over the phone, medical advise in store to checking in via telephone calls on status of new medication use. Very happy with the service. Would recommend. Doing a great job that is very much appreciated.

I am your loyal customer and usually I buy products from your branch, but today very unprofessinal Casher Ahsan and Manager nice name Maddy runied my day. Not go again to this branch. At least you guys need to hire professional people in your branch. Noreen is the only polite person in the shop. I prefer to go high street shop instate of you guys.

Yvette the customer service assistant was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, kind and helpful. She even asked what type of nail polish I was looking for and recommended the correct one for my brittle sensitive nails, the attention to detail was just amazing . I also had such a bad day that day and she put a smile on my face just by her great customer service skills. Thank you yvette and Superdrugs ilford.

customer service is poor, staff watching paying customers as if theyre gonna rob the whole store its very off putting and will not be returning to this particular branch

Hello lovelys , great place to shop for you everyday lovely essentials, from Vaseline small pocket size tins, primers, face wipes, eye drops, Elnett hairspray, eyeliners and lipsticks, I have a beauty card which I get points on and money off
