We were all very happy with the service we received from Guilderson & Sons. They listened very sympathetically to our requests for a very individual funeral. Ken was extremely helpful on the phone, explained the options and steps we would be going through fully, ensuring we understood what was possible and the timings associated with our requests. He found us a wonderful Celebant in Roger who ensured he understood what we wanted on the day and went out of his way to find some of the unusual music requested. Amy was very helpful on the day and led us through the proceedings in a helpful and sympathetic manner. We felt we had been looked after by a sympathetic and professional team, who conducted the proceedings with a great deal of decorum.

In difficult circumstances Gilderson & Sons / Dignity Funerals provided a quality service and made things really very straightforward. Ken was especially easy to deal with, experienced and reassuring. Matters were clearly explained, costs transparent from the outset and communication excellent throughout. Very professional service.
