Absolutely awful surgery. My parents are patients at this surgery and there is no follow up or care after hospital admissions. The doctor, Vikram Solomon, is difficult to get a hold of by email or phone, and when you do finally get an appointment, he doesn't know what's going on. My mum wanted an MRI scan for something and he suggested going to India for it. It this what he was taught at medical school???

You wait in a queue to book an appointment only to be told that you cant have one. Keeps happening. Strange service.

Absolutely disgusted, called this morning for an appointment, after waiting 30 mins in the queue, spoke to the receptionist who took all the details and was told to hold and then cut me off. I've not seen the Dr for over 2 years. I needed an appointment for my son and myself. I just can not understand why you cant see the GP when u need one appointment. Also its unacceptable to send patients to other centres, whats the point of that, when one is ill people want to be as local as possible not be sent further out. What happens to ill people who don't have a car. Take public transport to further spread the germs. Absolutely appalled at the service i got today, and still no appointment. Now in the queue again.

DON'T REGISTER! this place is such a let down due to their RECEPTIONIST RANI! SHE IS RUDE OVER THE PHONE EVEN IF YOU TRY TO CALL AT 8AM ON DOT SHE WILL TELL YOU NO APPOINTMENT AND AT LIKE SHE KNOWS BEST OUT OF EVERYONE. She becomes the doctor! That's not acceptable and the way she speaks you would want to hung up on her as she is so bitter and not polite. They won't hand out appointments even when call on time which is rubbish but other receptionist are great and understanding but RANI NEEDS TO GO.!!!
