The worst gp I have ever been , the doctors are good, but the staff on the reception are very rude nonprofessional and helpless ! Definitely will change my gp asap! Highly NOT recommend it!!!

DONT understand the negative reviews but its understandable when your happy the last thing you think about is leaving a positive review,my experience for the last 20 years has been the best especially today when I called up and no appointments were Available but I was still adviced to come inn and wait and then got seen by my favourite doctor mrs S not allowed to mention names & within 5 minz aswel once again thank you so much to the receptionist who went out of her way to look after me & loads of love to my doc

Receptionist dont speak clear good english. They also stick to they own people and treat others different. They pressure they patients with mask in entering the building over the phone which is unnecessary . The doctors are unprofessional they just on the computer most of the time, trying figure out whats wrong you. They pass you onto a another doctor and send you back in waiting room. The doctors dont examine you. They try to figure out whats wrong with you, and then they put you on medication and send you home. My mum was there for over 30 years and they now have discharge her, because of her address which is still in the same borough, which dont make any sense and shes currently off sick. The place needs to be closed down. They have very bad service and communication skills for patients. Dont register!
