They are the worst agents. Its a shame you have to put a star as they deserve a zero. Totally unprofessional, refuse to take your calls. Reason being as they know they are the Freeholders and they try and offload charges that have nothing to do with a service charge onto the owners of the flats. Nothing but a bunch of thieves.

Moved to one of their properties on Rainham Road South and this amazing lady Katie has been an absolute blessing. Any issue I had, she was there to help instantly. Very quick to respond and each time she would come back with a solution. Really impressed as our issues were handled within hours. Thank you so very much for being so amazing and please stay this way.
