Pantry Cake

We've been getting cakes from Pantry from almost last one year now, and there has never been looking around for another bakery. We loved their cakes the most (better than the nearby bakeries) and they are bit cheap than others. We also ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and it was exactly what we wanted. We wanted a simple but beautiful cake & to my glad, we got it. Attaching my daughter's birthday cake. Their loyalty scheme is also wonderful, they give cakes without any questions asked. I have already got an 8" inch cake from them and another 10" inch cake will be collecting today. Thanks a lot Pantry for making our events more memorable. Wish you lots of growth.

I would not even put a Star on this place at all. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER From this place. They will honestly ruin your cake on your big day and then blame you for the mistake. Also they will ask you to leave your big day to bring the cake back on the same day. Which is Beyond a joke. When calling the place and expressing my cake was wrongly made. They refused to take any responsibility whatsoever or to even refund my money back. When going to the place and asking to speak to the management the lady at the front was incredibly rude had no communication skills kept on blaming me for the cake being wrong not allowing me to speak to the management. Staff members in this place do not know how to speak to customers and they are very fast on taking your money. This place is a joke please no one order from here. Ive never put up a Google review but I have done for this place due to the level off bad service I received. Ps the cake was 130 not 160. I had plan on taking the cake from the shop my self but they came and pestered my family about paying up when we had agreed to pick up. Yes we cut the cake thats how I know it had no jam. Your company is a joke Im not the only one that has put up a review will. I have no reason to lie. Other Google reviews clarify everything. The jokes on you. Your staff members got it wrong and you can not even except your fault.

I bought a cake for my sons 8th birthday and the sales lady was very, kind and helpful. They have great prices, clean store and fantastic customer service.
