Very nice modern playground. Would be nice if children section is fenced off so no dogs could come in.

Play Area is right next to the Car Park by the Main Entrance off Becontree Avenue! A modern-looking bright colourful Play Area with diverse range of play equipments for different ages and adventure trails! The surface is compacted but soft! This new Play Area was installed in 2019 as part of the renovations. Other renovations include - state-of-the-art Outdoor Gym, Hype Court featuring artistic court markings, sensory basketball backboards, and fun educational and family focused games! All of these facilities are right next to the Free Car Park off the Becontree Avenue! Walking Trails throughout the park are concrete asphalt surface and hence, very much easy & accessible for all ages and abilities! Plenty of flat green grassy area for walking, running and playing! Children and adults love to come to this place to play and enjoy the beauty of the Park! Large mature trees nearby play hide and seek with sunshine ! Really struggling to understand the reason behind no accessible play equipments at this Play Area! It should now be part of any planning, by default! So sad and disappointing! Simply, we are depriving the families with children - who have accessibility concerns - of fun, play, sports and natural development in the outdoor green!
