Ive been there twice and the two times I was there I was racially profiled, spoken to in a rude manner and neglected. The older white woman that works there was racist towards me from the second I entered the pharmacy and she spoke to me as if I was less than when I asked for assistance. She made a mistake with my prescription and when I came back she blamed me for not paying attention. Ive had friends of colour who have also been to this same pharmacy and their experience has been the same. Its quite shocking that racism and profiling hasnt been addressed especially since the person I believe is the owner is of colour.
