Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Chadwell Heath

Awful place to send your children. The staff are nice to the parents but awful once the parents leave. Staff have their favourites and shout at other kids who are shy or require abit of encouragement to play with others. I hope the ofsted visits them without telling them so they can also see for themselves what they are like behind closed doors!

100% recommend to any parents contemplating where to send their child for nursery. The management team and ladies that look after my little one have been amazing from day one. Since starting here my son has developed his speaking, social interactions, eating habits and is now nearly fully toilet trained! Thank you so much to all the staff here :)

Went for a visit, no settling in period for babies in the baby room, totally bizarre when leaving your baby with total strangers for the first time. Perhaps they have something to hide from parents. During our visit we noticed children watching TV. Probably explains it.

I dont know where to begin. I can write an essay. My daughter was initially sent to another nursery where each night she use to have nightmare &wake up crying. So sending her to a new nursery was nerve racking for me with all sorts of anxiety kicking in, I kept checking my phone every minute every hour, but staff at Monkey Puzzle have been brilliant and so understandable towards my daughter. We dont need to do detective work when your child comes home and says she misses her teachers instead of friends. That should be evidence itself on how she is being treated. My daughter settled within 2 weeks but the best part was she actually stopped having her dummy within a week of whatever magic wand her teacher blessed her with. I spent months trying to get her nappy off &again, thanks to the staff she came home &tells me, no more nappy, shes a big girl now. Sending her to Monkey puzzle has been one of the best choice I made. Seen her teachers wiping her tears, welcoming her with big hugs and these are what a mother needs to see. I wish they accommodated from reception to primary Id leave her their for good! This is just on how she had been treated, her communication, her learning and understanding and making sentences everything is on point because of them. Thank you to EVERYBODY in Monkey Puzzle.
