Brand new Ideal boiler fitted in the kitchen cabinet (nicely) and old conventional boiler with tank removed from the bedrooms. Alan was very efficient, polite, friendly and helpful. I was talked through the whole process; the boiler pipes were well hidden in which I was extremely pleased. The service was exceptional and price was reasonable. Would highly recommend. Thank you to Alan & Team. God Bless. A+++
