        How can it be a good GP practice if doctors finish their work at 4.30pm? Why do they say Gp works till 18.30? For a working person it is practically imposible to see them because doctors do not work on Saturday.

        641-645 Becontree Ave. RM8 3HP. I visited here in March 2023. My partner was absolutely down and needed urgent care. We called 111, and after all the questions, they gave us the same day appointment over the weekend at this surgery. 1. The reception team is brilliant. 2. Very clean 3.. The GP was very patient and issued the prescription, and now my partner is much better. Facilities if coming by car. There is a car park facility within the surgery up to 5 cars. There is also street parking with certain restrictions, so please read before parking.

        You spend over 45 minutes calling at 8am without a reply, waste 60 min answer 9am. attend 8am next day arrange telephone appointment. Told to rebook. I'm an agency doctor lol, and can't send an internal email to requested doctors to assist. Worst surgery
