I can only say a good word for this business. Ordered pair of cowboy boots which didnt fit well, i was cheeky enough to go straight to their office, not wasting time on Royal mail (Christmas nightmares as usual). Went to the office, was greeted from the owner, offered refreshment, exchange done in a minutes - I rarely see such a nice customer service, and get the small gift! Highly recommend them, this business offer leather jackets, boots and god knows whatever else - I was so happy at the end I've done the job, I forgot to ask Thanks a lot guys!

Very professional and helpful customer service. I purchased i leather jacket in store and couldnt not travel back to the store from Birmingham. Posted the item back and they refunded me. They very very polite and helpful to sort out everything for me.

Took a ride over to their warehouse, as live only half hour away and enquired about a B3 jacket I'd seen on their ebay shop, had previous bad experiences buying similar online only to have been sent the wrong size etc... however, when I arrived out of the blue, the owner/operater dealt with my enquiry personally. Although he appeared very busy, he dropped everything for me, rechecked my size, adjusted it as necessary, was a consummate professional, provided refreshments and even a free gift of a quality leather wallet... He was an absolute star. Got the Savile Row treatment proper. Thoroughly happy all round, and was treated as a lifetime/prefered customer on my first visit... Will NOT be my last visit, highly recommended... oh yeah, the jacket is superior quality and exactly what is was looking for. Thank you

Purchased Mens Napa Trousers from Boutique England Leathers. When arrived looked great fit like a glove and true to size! Look and Feel and Smell devine. Look great with my leather blazer which purchase too from same company!! Defo use again
