        I think I speak on behalf of everyone from Kingsgrove Phase 1A; definitely would avoid buying a home from St Modwens. We moved in to Kingsgrove 2 years ago and have had endless issues. Nobody has ever come around for snag review of the house with a number of problems left unresolved; every time weve chased, the customer service manager seems to change and were back to square one. Weve had a socket set fire in the kitchen, leaks from the upstairs bathroom through to our front room, the garden is full of rock and rubble which means the grass has never grown; all of which we are now pursuing through NHBC due to the lack of response from St Modwens
