I have been to Sabina's yoga classes, meditation classes, Access Consciousness courses and had treatments from her. She's an excellent teacher who puts time and effort into showing how you can adapt yoga for your body. No matter what you do with Sabina you are guaranteed to leave feeling lighter and to have laughed at least once.

A double review: Recently I received a lovely Access Conscious Bars treatment from Sabina. I attended feeling unwell and left the treated feeling much lighter brighter and relaxed. The experience was interesting with a buzzy energising sensation around my head and parts of my body. It was so lovely that I fell asleep in its duration. I would recommend this treatment for sure and have it again. Sabina is very warm and professional and created a lovely healing space.

I'm still a complete beginner and always a bit nervous going to a new class but Saskia made me feel immediately at ease. She has such a kind and calming energy! Her Yin Yoga class helps melt the day away and always leaves me feeling relaxed! She's very good at accommodating everybody's degree of ability and making everybody feel welcome. Thank you for being such a wonderful teacher.

Meditation - I'm new to meditation and couldn't see myself concentrating and being still for so long, but Sabina gently eased us into the practise and I soon found that I was building up each week. I especially enjoyed the flowing movements and visualisations. I found myself in a very peaceful space afterwards and the next day I was very focussed and productive
