DANGEROUS VETS! BEWARE OF CRAZY RECEPTIONIST WITH WASHED BLEACH HAIR & AND WEIRD EYE DEFECT!!! Receptionist, Rude, judgemental & aggressive! They book appointments & reschedule them without your own knowledge! You find that out when you return and told things change & to ither wait for few hours or to change to a different day! I was also threatened by a lady with dry bleach blonde hair with funny eye,, that they wouldnt be giving me my dog back which I have since find out is illegal weather you pay a bill or not! The receptionist seem to think she was a vet as she continue to follow me into my consultation & refused to leave when I asked numerous times! She continues to follow you then locked the door when I was trying to leave!!!! CRAZZYYYYYYYYY!!!!! They are not allowed to hold a dog etc she proceeded to not once but twice chase me into my car & proceeded to call me names & kick my vehicle which is now a police matter! & being investigated, They talk down and wind customers up then say your not welcome when you give them your opinion, (dont think she liked what I had to say!!! Ooopppssss) which to be honest suits me fine as who really wants a crazy receptionist chasing around a car park like scary Mary! Literally had to lock my door! Iv heard storys and been going there for years but never witnessed it, but now that was the last straw for me. They also increased there consult fee from 35 to 50 which I found out on day in there and wasnt aware, but again they dont really care they just add things on and you find out at the end! Your always wrong or got in wrong as they say as there never wrong there always right!!

Writing on behalf of my mother in law Jayne H and pet dog Darcy, attended vet for 30+ years in all my time there had to deal with many vets but the stable and the rock are Dawn and Alison that were always professional and extremely helpful they are accredits to Goddards. Due to moving from the area sadly weve had to leave the vets. Thank you for all your support throughout the years.

Much better now the rude vet who just shrugs his shoulders at you is no longer practicing there
