I am a Chartered Surveyor and business owner with circa 30 years' experience in the commercial property sector. Over the years I have met and worked with numerous planning consultants, from the largest through to niche individual operators. I had an extremely challenging 'high profile' project, of significant importance to me personally, where we needed to secure a change of use consent. I shortlisted 5 different planning consultants, who all had different approaches and recommendations. beware ! very expensive and only after your money , talk the talk but the end result is just waffle , avoid !
